RETURNS

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned with original packaging and all included accessories
A valid proof of purchase is required

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the IBOX online store.
If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly.

Some items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

IBOX reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

For certain cases, we may ask for a **photo or video** to verify the issue before approving a return.

If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

All IBOX products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (duration may vary by product).
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method
Defective or incorrect items→ Full refund
Non-defective returns → Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
For this reason, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

If you no longer need your item, you may return it after delivery following our return policy.
